STRICTLY 18+ EVENT
The year 2016 has come and gone, leaving us all with new memories and experiences, and with it, it took from us some world class entertainers; Bowie… Prince… Snape from Harry Potter… even the greatest… Muhammad Ali.
It left us in disbelief when Donald Trump was sworn in as President of the United States but also gave us moments of pure joy as Australia watched The Western Bulldogs fight their way to a Premiereship, a true underdog story.
An interesting year it was, full of wonderful and enchanting moments, but none greater than the re-birthing of Mr. Bulldog.
Last year 6 courageous players bore there heart and soul on stage in front of a packed audience at The Kennel. A no holds barred contest which left only one winner…
And so comes that time of year once again, when one lucky player stands up above all, etching his name into the history books forever.
With a new year, comes new talent, a fresh batch of contestants vying for Top Dog. A few familiar faces have arisen to take part, veterans keen to go around one more time and some new next generation players eager to make there presence known.
And of course, due to high demand, reigning champion, Mr. Bulldog 2016 himself, Matthew Mahony, steps back up to the plate to defend his title.
“Many say champions are made at training and in gyms, through hard work and dedication, to perfect an art in which they can execute to precision in a time of great need.
I say bullshit. Champions are made when your butt naked on stage, with not a whisper of hair below your eye brows, covered in fake tan singing The Village People – You Can’t Stop the Music, to a packed room of screaming women. "

(Past Time Multiple Champion)
So ladies I call upon you all, to join us down at The Kennel on June 17th, for what is sure to be a wildly entertaining night and to catch a glimpse of your favorite players like you’ve never seen them before. I ask that you honor us with you’re presence to help us crown our 2017 Mr. Bulldog
(Other contestants will be release closer to the date. Stay tuned)
